在想清楚辞职权利的前提下，员工需要确定自己选择哪一种性质的辞职，并且在确定之后，寻找合适的辞职理由。协商解除，只需要双方同意即可，不需要特别的理由；预告解除，只需要提前三十日通知即可，也不需要特别的理由；即时辞职，需要特别的理由，其理由形式主要为单位不依法缴纳社保或者拖欠工资或者不付加班费等诸种情形。
3、措词温和，不可激化矛盾；
